Be sure to follow your mail If you have a problem with uploading files to the site(browser,Internet, etc).Important to delete all uploading files and upload all again If this is not done, the files,which we receive may not be correct.
To place an order for the first time ,you need to register on our site.Important!!! When registering ,please choose the required currency and your website (confirm that you are a photographer, for photographers discount).After autorization on the site go to "My orders"-"Edit profile" and write your city.In future ,you can monitoring the status of your orders and the amount of debt.
Attention!!! Before make an order,read the technical requirements and articles on the site. All templates of photobooks and other products are also in the article "Technical requirements and templates".
To order products,go to the "Calculator" (when you click the mouse,the selection of product group pulldown):
Select the desired product group. Next,select the desired product (for photobook you still need to select the desired program). A detailed description of the programs is in the articles "Types of programs for photobooks".
It is very important to specify,each of the product parameters step by step! Otherwise,the necessary option selected before,can be droped (for example,if you select the option in the photo # 3 and # 5 first,and then # 2, options for # 3 and # 5 can be droped).
The selected elements of the cover and price you can see in the upper left corner(when you click on the photo of the finished product,the image will increase ),there you can select the number of copies of the product.
In the set for the photobook and other goods,you can select several products from the list(basket for one order).After selecting another product in the set,on the left side there will be a selected active item(for selecting options),to switch to another product,click on the necessary non-active product.In one order,you can add only one identical product(with the same name).
For ordering files can be uploaded in one archive or manually (recommended manually, due to incorrect hierarchy of folders and the signature, the due date of the order will be change caused clarification).
When uploading maunally:
3. Click on the button "Alphabetically" (The number of characters should be the same everywhere!!!otherwise the sorting may not be correct) or "By the rules". "By the rules" will work only if the signature of the file is identical to the cell`s signature under the photo (01 = 01 , 02 = 02,the signature of file 0015 does not equal 15 and does not put this file in the cell)With these placement methods, you need to upload photos for the selected options (first spreads - place them in cells ,then photo insert,etc ) upload the file for the photo insert or other item selected by you ;
4. Click on "Make an order". Specify name,surname and delivery address of the recipient.Attention!!! All individual wishes and additional instuctions write in the comments.
After placing an order,an automatic letter with the order detail the amount and requisites for payment and the readiness date will be sent to your e-mail.The above information is relevant in the absence of additional options.If there are changes,the final cost is reported to your mail by managers after receiving the order.The deadline for the order is specified by the managers.
Wnen you making an order for "photo printing "and "laser printing" the number of copies is indicated on the right in the "Circulation" option.
If the order was not completed until the end ,it automatically goes into the status "Underloaded"(the order is considered created after clicking on the button "Order for..."in the calculator).It needs to be reuploaded or deleted,since the manager regard this as a problem and should call you to clarify the reason (if there were any difficulties in making the order,or if you are still preparing the files and reuploding them later).
If you have a standard product set or often order products with the same parameters,you can save your "unique" link as a bookmark(in your browser).Copy the address of the link and drag it to the bookmark bar.This tab saves all the selected parameters.When you make a new order,you need to open a bookmark(if you need,you can change the parameters,for example"the number of spreads","the color of the cover",the rest does not change)
If after opening your bookmark you will change the options,it is necessary to check all options that go after the changed (more about the procedure at the top of the article).
